I have been with them for 2 years. If you work with them and stick to your end of the agreement, then it is worth while. It has taken me just over 2 years to clear my debts. That is due to there help in early settlements and paying off a little more on the debt when you can. They are all very helpful and friendly. this is there debt managemnt side they said itill take 6months to clear debts been with the over 6yrs for the same debt only 3-4 have got clear they conned us saying no fee of 27.30.00 theve misoled us a plan there not part of dempsa a goverment funded there with the debt resolution forum if you paythem they dont pay the company after 2 weeks of giving them money they harrase you for when the next payment due when u make arrangment they also phone and email u if dont pay today they were currently...

“Performance tailed off”

Started well back in Nov/Dec 2010. However since then the company has failed to obtain a full and final settlement and does not seem to be pushing the lender to get it. Also they somehow 'lost' my direct debit instruction and then kept phoning me to ask me to pay despite me having given them the information. Don't normally write reviews but felt I had too after the miracles that the advisor, Richard, at Moneydebt and Credit did for me. I was really struggling and worried I'd lose my house and everything, but they explained all the options to me very clearly and we decided an IVA was by far the best option.
