From the first initial phone call to the final conclusion of my IVA I have found the staff at MD&C to be friendly, proffessional, well informed of the procedures that where required from myself and a pleasure to deal with.
At no point did I find any of the dealings to be stressfull, as you would expect from a financial matter, and every piece of advice given was correct first time. The customer service skills at MD&C are the best I have delt with for a long time.
A big plus for the company was that I have been dealing with the same team of people from day one. This is something that most company's dont maintain and as a customer you usually end up feeling like just a number.
I would, and have done, recommend MD&C to both friends and family everytime.
If MD&C could improve their business in anyway it would only be to find away of proving how good they are before you even deal with them.
