I filled in info from Facebook, got called by customer services and the guy was so easy to talk to, understanding didn't make me feel bad about what I was doing and rang a few times to check that all was ok and if I needed any help not to hesitate in contacting him. Advise on how to deal with creditors if they call or send letters, glad I've done it massive weight of my family's shoulders and mine. Nothing negative to say all been really positive.
