I had dealt with a debt management plan previously but changed to Harrington Brooks about 12 months ago. They have dealt with my debts on my behalf professionally and kept me informed every month - each time detailing what I have paid, what I still owe and how long it will take to pay off. When I have telephoned for help of any kind they have always been helpful and honest (even when that meant they would not be making any money) they encouraged me to settle my account directly when the time came with the creditors so I did not have to pay a charge to themselves and there was no cancellation of the plan fee. Well done Harrington Brooks for providing an honest and reliable service when I needed it, THANK YOU
