I started my payment plan five years ago as I was in trouble financially and couldn't manage my debt. Throughout the whole process HB have been professional and compassionate about my situation. Sometimes the payments have been hard to manage but HB have allowed me to miss a payment then catch up later. I really felt they were on my side and working for me, instead of working for the companies I owed money to. My plan has finished now, and I would have no hesitation in recommending HB to anybody who is struggling with debt, get in touch and let them help you, they really do make a difference.
