Having been transferred from Money Managed, I miss the updates on when my payments have been sent out. I would also appreciate a cheaper contact number than the one given at 10p a minute with an average call lasting about 5 minutes - after all the reason I am with you is because I don't have much money - certainly not enough to spend on phone calls to you.
I have today tried to log in to my account using the user name and pass word given by you, only to be referred to another screen asking for my post code and e mail address. when I entered this information I was told it was wrong! Why?
