My debt management plan was initially with Freshstart, over two years ago, (prior to Harrington Brooks taking over my plan management}. There have been one or two hiccoughs since then; usually when a debtor has passed my debt to a different collection agency without notifying either myself or Harrington Brooks. Whenever this has happened I refer them to Harrington Brooks and the letters and calls from debt agents cease.
So much of the worry has now gone.
I would refer anyone in a similar debt situation to me to contact Harrington Brooks without hesitation.
I would like to thank Carole Randall, Karen, Ashley and Damien In particular for their help and guidance. they are always so friendly and make it a pleasure to deal with Harrington Brooks in what could be such a stressful situation.
My only niggle is that I still don't have access to the customer portal.
