I spoke to an advisor, absolutely fantastic guy very helpful talked me through everything explained brilliantly weight lifted after my illness and receiving letters and phone calls from company's I owed money too can sleep better at night now thanks guys.

We had a previous debt management plan with Harrington brooks, and were setting it up again after a short break. The advisor was very pleasant, even though it was a long process. He went through the different options that were available to us, and at no time did he try to make the decision for us, the decision was entirely ours. He also told us how long the payments would last for, and a breakdown of what would be paid to each of the debtors. I felt he was very empathetic and patient.

Very helpful and understanding they made me feel at ease while talking to them on the phone. My call lasted up to 1 hour 49 minutes and after it I felt like a weight was lifted of me. U would definitely recommend Harrington brooks to my friends and family if they need this service in the future. I called regarding looking into an IVA and spoke with a man who was knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. We spent 2 and a half hours on the phone going through everything and it was not rushed and he gave me all my options, and even telling me there are other companies who can do the same service, and maybe even for free. After the call I felt that a weight had been lifted from me, and since have been in contact with this man for various paperwork and he remains helpful. He is an asset to the company.

Hi all why would you use a service that charges you when there are companies like step change that do it free of charge. These types of companies are only in it for themselves and care more about how much they make rather than helping you. Please think twice

Unfortunately having significant debt can make you feel isolated, scared, vulnerable and alone. When you have to turn down a night out because you are skint, people think you are just being flaky and don’t fully understand. I got myself into a terrible state where not only was I in a huge amount of debt but then horrible people took advantage of me and I was scammed. I have been paying back my debts, on a DMP, over quite a few years and am now happy to report that I am completely debt free. It is with great thanks to Harrington Brooks and their wonderful staff, that I now have a huge smile on my face and a strong sense of discipline when comes to money. terly brilliant. Saved my life. In loads of debt for a number of reasons to many people. Made it easy, affordable, no questions asked, completely confidential, and handled everything. I am now completely debt free because of this company. Their team on the phones handled any problem and any query,no contact from creditors what so ever, no hassle, lovely team to talk to and understanding. One payment each month, didnt even worry about it, and they would tell you exactly where that money has gone, and also give you the ability to look at your account online so you can see exactly what they are doing, whose being paid and much they are helping you. Would definitely recommend. If you are scared and in debt, terrified what to do, then this is the company to use. Get your life back quick and easy like i did.

My Experience was. that being with this company gave me. Some breathing space , The company was introduced to me about 7 years ago and I have looked back or regreted. Signing on with them , I found them very helpful indeed. Yes they have charges but it was worth every penny I found.

People say that Harrington brookes is the worst company ever but what you don't understand is they charge fees they are not a charity the hole point of the iva is to pay as much debt back as possible and that's that people say they want to go bankrupt or Harribgtons make you bank rupt they don't don't people just need to listern and ask questions iinstead of getting in debt then blaming someone else for there issue when you speak diirecty to them you will then understand maybe read the terms and conditions before entering in to an iva
