I would urge people not to use this company, I had a random phone call from this company and they were very pushy , I told them I would research there company before committing to anything, as I didnotneed there help nor did I ask for it, I did not continue with the process, nor did I sign any documents to agree to let them take any money out of my account, but they have taken £100 from me and are now refusing to return my money, I am now in the process of starting legal proceedings, as my bank have said this is an unlawful action. I would strongly advise anyone who is thinking about using these people NOT TOO. They have stolen money from me, don't let it happen to you!

did exactly the same to me after I cancelled they said they stated in the paper work that they would take 2 months payments on late cancelations but I never read paper work .phoned them on 17 june to cancel and they said no more money would be taken but they have and when I phoned to complain I got a very aggressive manager who baisicaly said they were in there legal rights to take the money baisicaly called me a liar everytime I tried to make a point had to hang up on him will not be getting my money back. anyone reading this should try sort your own depts. or ask citisens advice beuro .
