James Cowell at IVA helped me understand and solve my debt within a couple of weeks! He was very supportive throughout the process! And i would recommend him to any person who is going through what im going through with debt at the moment! Mckenzie also helped me quite a bit when he rung me the first time, because i thought CCCS were helping me with my debt. I was very confused about how IVA could get all of my details, but Mckenzie explained it thoroughly and made me understand the circumstances. My daughter tells me she sees a difference in my attiutude over the last few weeks knowing that this was being finally sorted! James and Mckenzie are very good at there job, keep it up.
