After struggling with my debts I didnt know what to do until I spoke with Mackensie at ClearDebt. He explained how it all works (including what paperwork and forms he would be sending which arrived promptly a few days after I spoke with him) and what I would be paying. After discussing my situation with him (although it was a little strange explaining to a stranger) he was fully understandable and suggested that I do an IVA. Things seem to be a lot easier now and more manageable as they have taken away all the hassle, so I would just like to say a quick thank you to Mackensie and Cleardebt for helping me with my situation.
