Having had hip replacements I wanted to get back on my bike - BUT the old crossbar of my mountain bike prevented me. Thankfully I found the Specialized Expedition sport in a step through version that didnt look like a Mary Poppins bike. this biek is lightweight and robust - has the large frame with nobbly tyres so good for a little dirt/off roading. it has a comfort saddle and adjustable riding position so great if you have a bad back too.
