bought this dahon cadenza 2008 in march 2011, right from the first month I had trouble with the lock jaw on the frame. bolts that held the lock jaw together fell out, this happened on many occasions .This led to buying the spare part kit at £35 a time. This was topped off at the beginning of august 2012 with the frame completely snapping at the point of the weld. Although the frame has a 5 year warranty, I'm left trying to sort the problem with someone in China. If I get that problem sorted, I then have the expense of getting someone to transfer the components on the old frame to the new frame. Avoid this bike at all cost, because it will cost alot at the end of the day.
