    We scheduled for a Saturday delivery, the only day when we're actually in to receive it, paying an extra 20 GBP. They gave DHL the wrong date, so we never got our product!     I ordered over the internet from House of Fraser and they delivered the wrong item. I got no apology, now they're saying that I have to stay in for their courier to pick up the wrong item that they sent (perfume), so this Thursday I have to stay in between 9am and 5pm!!!     The Birmingham House of Fraser store on the Mens floor has some very good staff that work on the polo section on the weekend, give very good survice and helpful advice on sizes, been buying polo there for many years.

    Love to shop at House of Fraser, obviously undergoing a transformation in store just now. Can't wait till the refurb is finished. Will make shopping experience even better.
