Item: Hotpoint FFA74
After the FFA74 we will NEVER buy anything from INDESIT/ HOTPOINT again. The door mechanism that holds the fridge door together has broken, hence it's made out of plastic!! There is no way to replace this part at all. We found customer service to be poor , NOT the least bit helpful! We ordered a part that we did not need and when it did not arrive the next day (after paying £10) they blamed it on the courier service.....we got our part that was no use to us 10 days after we complained ...

Item: Hotpoint CTD40T
I have had this Hotpoint CTD40T for less than two years and already its has been written off. The machine is extremely noisy and kept cutting out due to condensation collecting behind the condenser unit which needs to be kept dry. Would not recommend this dryer the newer models have been

I purchased a Hotpoint BWD129 machine back in February hasn't always being reliable but so eventually the inevitable happened so I contacted the customer service line and spoke to the most unpleasant woman who advised me it will take 2 weeks to get an engineer out,i accepted this and explained only there in the afternoon so they day of the call out the engineer called me at 10.30am to say he was at the door that he was there and if he has time he might call back.so he did find the time the ...
