“Fraud”

I stayed in the Hotel almost a year ago and was the victim of a fraudulent act by the front desk employees or somebody from the accounts department(Not Sure) Upon check in, the receptionist couldn't find my booking.com reservation so he made another reservation for me and I informed him about my intention to pay partially as cash and the other part by credit card and he confirmed with acceptance.
