“The best hotel in Hanoi, Vietnam”

We stayed in a luxury family room with enormous 2 beds suited us perfectly. Whilst from outside the property looks certainly a little tired and dated but inside it is very good value for central KL. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Kenny and Sarah deserve special mention for looking after us so well and giving useful advice. It was very welcoming, the English speaking staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel special. It is in walking distance to the old quarter which makes very well located. breakfast had a good and varied selection.Very charming hotel with lovely staff. nothing was too hard ! (read more)

“SO nice hotel”

Located close to the center of the city. Welcome drink upon arrival. Reception staff very friendly and helpfull, they arranged an excursion for me. My bus was leaving late afternoon, I could take a shower in seperate room before I got on the bus although I checked out already. Breakfast was nice too.Will stay here again on my next visit to Vietnam. (read more)

Great services and very comfortable room at supper price. Good location to go anywhere in Hanoi heart centre. It is valuable to stay an book tour service. I went out and compare the price of tour from hotel to other travel office and I realize should book at this hotel. It’s cheaper than other very much. It was wonderful place to stay in Hanoi, location, location, location, it is very excellent. The staffs was incredibly friendly and helpful. We felt very pampered and special. Everyone spoke very good ENGLISH and we had great Halong Bay trip ever through this hotel. We would highly recommend. (read more)

It located in the old quarter. Walk-able to all the sights we wished to see and very convenient for a range of restaurants. Welcoming and efficient staff and good organization of taxi transfer from and to airport.clean hotel and good location. Staffs can speak quite good english. Good informations about tourism. We booked our stay in Hanoi via BOOKING.COM and Having said that the hotel staff at Thaison Palace were very efficient, friendly and managed long queue's of people waiting for checkin and it was quite good. The breakfast was excellent, free internet, nice rooms with really great A/C, and a good location. The staff here was professional and always ready to help. “First class hotel with 5 stars for great hospitality”

This was our second time staying at Thaison Palace Hotel, and it was just as good as the first. Kenny Thai ( Hotel owner) and his family are awesome - so helpful and nice, you really feel like part of the family here. Location is great, right at the edge of the Old Quarter and very near to Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast is awesomely good and staff is so attentive, they'll stir your coffee for you!
