perfect in all from staff, room, breakfast, location and services. Pick up service was very helpful and comfortable. Booking the tour via this hotel is really useful for the price and quality. The hotel is located in the old quarter, walking distance to the lake and many restaurants. the hotel facilities and cleanliness we found excellent. the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and professional. they made us feel at home and very welcome. The staff from nighttime looking after us with politeness, efficiency and kindness. The staff was the most helpful and welcoming at any hotel I have ever been to. Very helpful attentive staff. We were greeted at the hotel with a welcome drink. This included giving us a map and showing us a waking tour to see the best sites and which taxi companies we could trust. Hotel restaurant was fantastic- had a lovely space and delicious food. We booked Halong bay tour for 3days 2nights in next day, but in that morning we have a lot of belongings so we didn’t want to take together and they said we could put our luggage at hotel and don’t worry about losing... I had 3days at Thaison grand hotel this month. Every thing is so good with the nice place, from here I could go to the Hoankiem lake and old quarter with close distance, staff is so friendly and professional. Room is clean and tidy, breakfast with good taste. I have 2days 1nite trip for Halong tour, that is the best time in Hanoi Vietnam that I have had. thank you and surely I will come back here soon (read more)

Good location, friendly staff, superb service...is everything to tell a bout this lovely hotel. I stayed there total 5 nights and its staff help us to plan the trip along this S shape country. I had wonderful holiday with this lovely hotel. The superb location made our trip easier, it is walkable to the markets, to theater, to the lake... so we could plan our trip by ourselves. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, We felt home during our stay there. The room was good with computer and wifi, it not too spacious but comfortable, good view and it was very clean! I regularly come back Hanoi every year and I always choose Thaison Grand for my staying. It is really good hotel! Mr Henry - the reception was friendly, informative and helpful. He gave us a city map with hotel card when we were going outside, helped us to get a taxi and giving some tips when traveling in the city by ourselves. that was great and very useful. I often go to Hanoi for my business and I choose Thaison Grand for my each stay. The first reason for my choosing of the hotel is the location. It is in the center of the Old quarter so it is very convenient for my work. The room is very clean and large, breakfast is good with various choice. Hotel staff is friendly and polite also. I stayed here for 3 nights when visiting Hanoi city. The hotel was in convenient location, easy to reach most of attraction in the city, comfortable room with very big bed and window. hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I stayed at Thaison Grand for 3 nights and I was completely satisfied with it. The room was large, clean and comfortable with big bed. Its staff was very helpful and friendly.
