We stayed with Santa Barbara hotel for 2 nights.The room was very clean, internet facilities, plenty of room and fruit every day a lovely balcony where you could watch the people below going about their daily activities. I walked around a lot but cabs are extremely cheap. I ate breakfast in the hotel a couple mornings and it was very good .They helped us to booked overnight junk boat Halong tour ( 2 days 1 night sleep on boat ).The junk boat tour was cheaper than another hotel we enquired,...
