“Excellent service, worthy for stay”

Thanks to all Golden Lake View Hotel's staff who made our trip wonderful. Firstly, our room was huge and neatly arrangement. It is also bright and very clean. The breakfast is on the top floor served by very friendly man who speaks English very good. The front office staffs were incredibly accommodating and arranged for all our needs. We booked the tour at the travel desk to Halong, and Ninh Binh and booked 2 more night before flying to Thailand. Thank you once again for taking care of us. We will definitely stay again.
