From head to toe, from general to detail, Asia Palace hotel has provide a brilliant service to exceed our expectation. We would love to make the return to this place again. Our room was at the middle , it is not to big also not to small with a medium size but its space is fit enough for all of our stuff even we have a working desk with a laptop inside. We loved this lovely place and are already making some plans for the return. The staff was incredible, with their brilliant helps to give us the best accommodation. No request or question was ever left unanswered. Our room was spacious and. Breakfast was delicious and it’s always ready with a coffee refill. As for location, the hotel is located at the heart of the old quarter and tourism district and 10 minute walk to the center of things which was quite manageable. For my choice I give... (read more)

We spent a weekend getaway in Hanoi and decided to stop by at the Asia Palace Hotel. And what a nicest surprise! This place was everything we had expected and even much than more or imagination. Firstly, our room was huge, beautifully decorated with modern facilities. It featured with two queen sized bed and a welcome fruit on arrival was very impressive with kind staff. This was our first trip to Hanoi. We stayed 5 days in June, 2011 at the Asia Palace Hotel. The hotel was located very convienently in the old quarter and was close to many of the major sites and Hoan Kiem Lake. The facilities were very nice and clean. The cost was only $35/night! The Free-Wifi was very fast and reliable. The morning buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. I ate Pho, fresh fruit, and the delicious vietnamese coffee every morning. Nice and new hotel situated in the tourism district and it’s very easy to around. All the staff were very nice, helpful especially the people at the front desk. We had a nice room on the front heard but found no problem with the noise at all. Breakfast was included with the offer price and was really nice. We found all of what we need from here. (read more)

It was our first time in Hanoi and we couldn't have picked a better spot to stay. Asia Palace Hanoi Hotel is lovely and is situated in the great location of the old quarter. The staff they succeeded on making our stay enjoyable. We booked this place directly via our own email and it’s well worth it. We got all we want to know beforehand (in advance). Outstanding service, people surprised us from the begin to the end of our entire stay. We just felt like we were walking around our own house with all of the happy and familiar faces. The special thing about this hotel which i found out is its cleanliness. From the entry to my room, everything are perfectly tidy and well- organized. “It's a big wow”

We were impressived by their honest, kind and accommodation, friendliness. From first the moment we just stepped in the entry, we could say and see what we expected. We just love our family suite, enjoy our bed which were so comfy and even I can spend whole day to enjoy my sleep. Hotel facilities are very modern, we got free wi-fi connection from our room.
