Rooms were spacious, beds fresh and comfortable. I cannot believe that hotel also provides the massage machine & laptop inside the room .The staff also seems very friendly and available. Hardly ever needed to wait and there was always warm greetings when we chanced upon them during the stay.

This is a great Hotel with great people and great service. Hotel service level is professional and efficient. Hotel staffs are very welcoming, informative and helpful during entire of our stay.Room was comfy with a large bed, big sofa. What an impressive hotel, very nice and cozy design with warm and friendly feeling from the entry.We just love our room with laptop, very thoughtful. Bed was amazingly comfortable! Hotel provide very good breakfast with large range of choice between Vietnamese and simple western menu. Free tour information was a nice touch and the hotel helped organize and great trip to Halong and Sapa as our request. We rate this place 10 out of 10 for the service and quality of the room and the extra touches made it unique.

From the moment we walked through the door we were treated as long lost friends. Local tea and coffe are avaialble the welcome which were really good. Hotel staff is very friednly and informative. Everything local to the area was explained to us and shown on a map including preferred restaurants. Breakfast was the best and above the usual B&B standard. We highly recommend CPI to our friends and when we return again from Australia we will definitely be staying here

We are happy with everything about this place from the people to the service. Even we are Vietnamese but this place quality intern of service and reputation, it is way higher than any local standard hotel around. Staff is very friendly and caring. Highly recommended.

This place is as good as you read it here. The owner and every single staff are very welcoming and friendly . Their hospitality make you feel that is home away from home. Place is close to every attraction in in the old quarter. We had the room with a huge bed which was really nice and comfy. Breakfast where is awesome. We will definitely return here. Our holiday started with Hanoi- Halong tour, Hanoi we stayed at Hanoi Value hotel. The room was quite big. They up grated us to deluxe room. The room is with full facilities, clean with well decoration. They provide us great service and very professional. We had great time here.
