Rooms were spacious, beds fresh and comfortable. I cannot believe that hotel also provides the massage machine & laptop inside the room .The staff also seems very friendly and available. Hotel staffs are warm, friendly welcoming and nice. Free buffet breakfast with friendly service is served for free everyday. What an impressive hotel, very nice and cozy design with warm and friendly feeling from the entry.We just love our room with laptop, very thoughtful. Bed was amazingly comfortable! From the moment we walked through the door we were treated as long lost friends. Local tea and coffe are avaialble the welcome which were really good. Hotel staff is very friednly and informative. Everything local to the area was explained to us and shown on a map including preferred restaurants. Breakfast was the best and above the usual B&B standard. This place is as good as you read it here. The owner and every single staff are very welcoming and friendly . Their hospitality make you feel that is home away from home. Place is close to every attraction in in the old quarter. We had the room with a huge bed which was really nice and comfy. Breakfast where is awesome. We will definitely return here. Spend 3 days in total at this place and it was such a memorable time in Hanoi. We were greeted nicely and politely on our arrival with the great tasty Coffee. It was our first time in this place and we were really happy with our stay at this place. We were found this place by our co-worker recommendation. We were not surprise with all of its good service and the friendliness from the hotel staff. Room was clean and comfy, we really enjoyed the huge bed. One more good thing that we found out that the hotel coffee is really nice. Last but not least, hotel location is very easy to get around the old quarter. We just love their motto " Customer is always right " & " customer gets what you pay for" and honestly we were blew away with the perfection of in term of quality service and kindess. Stayed one night in the hotel. We got free upgraded to Deluxe room .They have prepared for our children to have afternoon tea and evening food before we took them to the airport.
