hi chris .like anywhere you have to be careufl of HIV and STD. Please dont go to the brothels. They have a high risk of these infections and are not literate about these dangers. Take necesary precautions and be safe. Mumbai has a high risk of HIV. As far as I know, there is no problem to take a female to a hotel in mumbai.
