TRANSFER TO CINCO PLAZAS, PUERTO DEL CARMEN

This was the first time that i used Resort hoppa and found this to be an excellent service. I originally booked a 4 seater taxi for 2 people but added another 2 a couple of weeks later. When i called to amend my booking the Customer Services Assistant was brilliant, he amended my booking immediately and i then received a confirmation email within 10 minutes of my telephone call to their offices. With regards to the transfer from Arrecife to Puerto Del Carmen, our taxi wasn't a 4 seater taxi but a 16 seater minibus and our driver Susie was very helpful and friendly and we were at our resort within 15 minutes beating the holiday company transfer bus by an hour and half. During the final week of our holidays, i received a confirmation email stating the time that my party would be collected for our return trip to the Airport. On the day we sat outside the resort and the much to our surprise the taxi(again a 16 seater mini bus) arrived early therefore we were one of the first to be checked in for our flight home again our driver was very friendly and helpful just like the previous driver. Would i use this company again - DEFINATELY because i saved £65.00 by not using the tour operator transfers. I would highly recommend ResortHoppa from the start to the end of my holiday i could not fault this company and look forward to using them for future holidays FIVE STAR RATING!!!!
