Cockroach in our room when we arrived at 3am. Charlie the host got the other guests drinking at the bar, we went to bed. That went on till about 6am screaming and shouting, we didn't sleep a wink. I went to ask about using the safe the following morning an overheard another guest complaining about the partying te nigh before, saying that it had been happening for the last two weeks and he has flew is pregnant daughter and their boyfriend home! Great I thought, swiftly went and brought earplugs. I asked twice for our safe to be looked at, ended up fixing it ourselves. The fridge fuse had gone, when I asked for it to be looked at the owner went on asking why hadn't asked before, no apology that it didn't work. Only a few days through the holiday, brought some bacon and bread to make breakfast in our self catering apartment, only to realise their are no cooling facilities. Complete shambles.
