There seems to be a discrepancy on the friendliness of the staff, with mixed reviews mainly on Hotels. Comments range from remarks that the staff is friendly, to remarks of rudeness from the employees. However, reports of the staff on HolidaysUncovered had nothing but positives regarding the staff and their services. Both sites also note that while the hotel is adequate, they don?t say that they are overly impressed by anything the hotel has to offer. Guests on these sites all remarked that accommodations were simply sufficient.
