Arrived at hotel Tuesday evening 1st impression was very good until we were show to our block for our room 6324 this was very tired and needs updating .went down for dinner at main restaurant very spacious but have of the seating area was closed off then the FOOD in the Buffett was not very appetising as the dishes were just duplicated over the 2 serving areas(8 choices in each) . Wednesday food was mutch the same as night before. Both of us had chicken and salad .pool areas /bars/and gardens were excellent apart from plastic glasses often taste of what had been in it before.couldnt get better staff most helpful . Disaster struck on Thursday morning when I wakened up with stomach cramps and the most horrendous diarrhoea ,in bed all day as couldn't leave toilet.my friend was ok ,managed to go out the room for the rest of holiday as long there was a Toliet nearby. Only manage to eat bread and drink water ,by Sunday my friend got the same by that time had spoken to customers relations they suggested the pharmacy ,got tablets thought they were helping as stomach cramps eased off but as soon as tried to eat had to go to toilet . Sutch a shame this has happened as the hotel staff was excellent but I don't think they cater for western tastes we normally like trying different dishes but the quality was very poor.think they just catered for high percentage of Egyptians 80% that stayed here.
