First on their list, while the staff was available to them, they note that they were not helpful in resolving reservation issues, or other unruly guest complaints. There were negative remarks on ReviewBlue as well, with guests giving a 6.28/10 rating, saying there was a lack of hot water and a public balcony that stretched from one end to another, prompting many to comment on a less than secure feeling. Guests noted on Tripadvisor that they were not notified of the hotel being under construction, and reported materials left about in halls and in the parking lot. With that said, others on ReviewBlue left reports saying the hotel had a new, updated look to it after construction was finished, and were please to not the proximity of shopping and restaurants. Most reviews on both sites end by saying that for sleeping purposes, the hotel rates highly, but would not choose it as a relaxing, holiday stay.
