Stayed in the Gran Bali Hotel.

The hotel is 4 star but really a 2 star hotel.

The cleaning were not done properly. There were huge dust balls under the beds.

Beds were very extremely hard and uncomfortable and hard to sleep

The food was uneatable and I am not picky, the chef should be a shame for servicing such badly handled food.

A lot of disturbing noise from both entertainment shows outside as well as the corridor.

Staff not very service friendly and spoke either no English at all or very little.

Elevators were sometimes not working and you could wait 15 minutes for a lift.

My advice choose another hotel, I stayed in many hotels and this hotel is among the worst hotels I stayed in.
