I booked a hotel for me and my friends, and I selected the dates on the website, which was all fine then when I got my email confirmation the dates had changed to the day I booked it on! After listening to automated messages for about 10 minutes I eventually got hold of someone who advised my to email customer support, to which I have had no reply. Quick enough to take my money but not put t back!!!!!!
