Personally I don't like anything about this place. I have called an actual Travelodge and corporate and all but one employee was extremely rude. One even hung up on me after being on hold FOREVER!!!. I live in Missouri and someone stole my credit card information and early in the morning in a Travelodge some where in Texas (where I am not at) someone charged 8.88 to my account and then turned around and refunded my the 8.88. No one in the corporate office could tell me any information. Wouldn't an 8.88 charge be a red flag. They acted like I was bothering them, sorry that I am trying to find out who took my money. Cause after they got done with Travelodge this individual took all my money and spent it at some company in Korea. Yes I know that I will eventually get my money back, but I really want to see the individual who did this pay. I wouldn't think it would be hard to find a charge for an unusual amount that was immediately reversed. With all the identity theft going on you would think that they would change. I was instructed to call all the Travelodges in Texas and ask them personally. Really, I have to call each and every one. Great customer service, what a way to go above and beyond. This was done in one day very early in morning and your telling me there's no way for you to find out. To me it sounds like an employee of Travelodge. How else would a charge for that small have come from them. It wasn't even enough for a cost of a room. I will never ever stay at a Travelodge and I have been working on passing my experience on to everyone else.
