I booked this branch of hotel in romford for a friend, they got to the hotel around 11mid nite. showed all evidence of booking and identification but it was so unbeliveable that the guy at the counter insisted on seeing the person that madde the booking in person before they are accepted. With very poor cutomer service with total absence of emparthy and very little knowledge about the terms and condition of the booikng and general terms of the hotel.
My quest have to wait till almost to 1am in the early hours of the morning for me to come to the hotel to identify them...riduclus.
