One of my rooms got cancelled by mistake, while using the amend / cancel booking page. I contacted them straight away with my mistake and that I have several other rooms booked over a couple months and this one has been cancelled by mistake. Could they please assist and reinstate my room.
They were not interested at all, and said I would have to book the room again. I know the room is still available and there are many more rooms available. They just want to make more money.
I would have thought customer service would support a genuine customer but no, not interested at all.
If you want customer service stay clear of travelodge and use premier inn.
