“Next time I'll sleep at the station!”

I wasn't expecting absolute quiet in a Newcastle city centre travel lodge on a saturday night, but with an end of corridor room, I thought it would be OK. No,even with ear-plugs in it was 5am before I got any sleep! Noisy, late returning revellers who then 'bang' their doors shut-fine, but banging of furniture. charging about in corridors, and a 40 min. chorus of F*** You at 3.46 was the end! And when I complained they had the nerve to say they patrolled the corridors!Then I had to go and work until 9pm the next day! Never again Travelodge!
