“Family Room”

Booked a family room - one adult and two children. Arrived late evening after a 4 hour drive from Scotland. On entering the room I discovered that the sofa beds for the children had not been made up. I as told I had to do this myself as it was not company policy to prepare sofa beds for children. Staff refused to help. Unbelievable. Much better to pay the extra and use Premier Inn. No problem with service or family rooms there. Breakfast is far superior to Travelodge.
