Just got back from a New Year break at Portpatrick Hotel Scotland although the food was fabulous lovely and hot and good choice the down side was that there was no hot water for most of the break due to a boiler break down. After a shut down pre Christmas, also no radiator in the bedroom and only a heated towel rail in the bathroom which was restricted to 2 hours at a time. Apart from the good food and the staff being friendly the only saving grace was the views which are fab. According to the gossip Shearings are to purchase 30 new coaches THIS WONT HELP IF THE HOTELS USED ARE NOT UPGRADED as customers will go elsewhere. We have been to most of your hotels but now have second thoughts about travelling with you in future.
