This is the worse company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have asked several questions about a holiday I booked and the day before we travelled I received a card saying my queries will be dealy with in due time! They were not!!
Is the holiday suitable for those with walking aids??? Apparently yes then they were given a hotel with 7 steps to front door and no ramp. Overnight hotel given room on first floor with no lift!!
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE
Food was like school dinners, hotel manager didn't care either and the only saing grace was the lovely coach driver.
Money is the overriding concern for this company, not its travellers!!

dont take it personally they appear to treat everyone with the same contempt, they do everything to bat and play in their direction. they will cheat at every opportunity customer service to them means what is good for the company and not the punter. they have no idea how to communicate or correlate a deal or arrangement everything is done on a style basis where rules count for nothing with you the customer.
