“NO TRAVEL DOCS”

Due to leave on 8 day holiday on Saturday. No travel documents received. Shearings home page blames Jubilee weekend! No reply from Shearings call centre!
A great start to a holiday booked two months ago!!!
Shearings need to get their act together or deserve to go bust!
