just returned from all inclusive to austria hotel could do with a re-vamp but was clean and comfortable evening meals were very good and varied breakfast was a bit repetative
tours were good and interesting coach was comfortable for someone who is 6-2 and 19 stone plenty of room on the grand tourer
the holiday was made by the driver (johnny ) what a great fellar and a credit to shearings, unlike the drivers from stop 24 to normenton who i would be surprised if they had known they had passangers on board they could do to work with johnny to gain some customer relations skills not once on the journey did they communicate with the passangers on the coach only when pulling into services did they stop talking long enough to each other to say how long we would be stopped and that was the only time in all the journey they spoke to passangers
all in all good value for money and holiday was all the better with johnny as the driver would travel anywhere with this driver as you know you would be in for a great holiday
