On arrival the hotel looked pretty shabby.The inside of the hotel looked the same.Hence the 2* rating.Nice location with the Loch in front of the hotel. No public transport to the town over 2 miles away.Heating non existant, not enough bedding.no extra blankets available.Service of restaurant staff fast and friendly.Storm blew in the day after arrival explained the buckets on the dance floor. No hot water towards the end of the week power was out, so had to wait until we reached our overnight hotel on route back home for a bath! No decent expanation from either the manageress or ass/manangerVisited the Isle of Sky, dont quite understand why, long journey for little to see.Disappointing not to go have ridden the Gondalas but that was the weathers fault. Excellent driver, Gordon, gave so much information on the way up and while there.Fabulous Coach, the Seta it was called. Could not have done a long journey like that in the Grand Tourer our feeder coach.These holidays are not cheap so expected alot more from our main hotel.Would I go again...No.
