“Poor customer service”

This hotel is well located and comfortable.
But, do not rely on customer relations! We booked through internet 4 nights for the end of April in this hotel, and money was taken from our bank account the same day. When we arrived, we have been really surprised to have to pay again (they did not find our online payment). Up to today, despite of several phone calls and emails, it is impossible to have the same person twice, and we are still waiting to be paid back.
