“poor service ”

slow service in restaurant on evening meal was not asked would we like another drink during meal came out of restaurant at 10pm to be told it was last orders for bar and shutters on bar went down at 10.30pm
poor bed even though we were told everybody was happy with the new beds
this was not a new bed in room 228 as the mattress sagged on the right side causing a uncomfortable sleep
we also had the lorries from the circus that lined up along the road they had packed up for the day but they where parked along the road outside the hotel from midnight till 12.30 am with engines running
when we mentioned this as well as the bed in the morning we were told what circus . I am sure if all the shops there that had big posters in their windows advertising this this premier inn would know with the influx of guests staying there
we were then prompted to say that we hadn't enjoyed our stay rather than the person saying I am sorry sir that you haven't enjoyed your stay
they did take the number of the room and were getting the housekeeping to check the bed which we didn't get the outcome
the only good thing was the polite man who checked us in on the sunday and of course the company of our friends who we were meeting up with there
