Five Star Rating

We are members of Choice Hotels and travel regularly using the Choice Hotel chain. We stayed this past March at Comfort Inn & Suites, 2221 Corporate Plaza Parkway, Smyrna, Georgia and very highly recommend this hotel for others. We had a little trouble finding the hotel so do watch for signage. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a friendly staff member who quickly checked us in and handed us two “goodie bags” that included treats and a bottle of water, very nice after a long day of travel. This hotel has been recently renovated with a bright and inviting front lobby, very clean breakfast room, (one of the best Choice Hotels breakfast and coffee that we had during our recent trip with staff that were pleasant and attentive to our needs). Our suite had new furniture, a bedroom, and separate living area with desk, sofa, mini refrigerator, microwave, and bar area. There are several restaurants nearby and there is easy access to Highway I-75 for continuing travel.
From a previous stay at another Choice Hotel, we noted that points were not added to our account. The staff member at the front desk of this hotel immediately called Choice Hotels and spent much time having this issue fixed. Outstanding service and Thank you!! There are other hotels in the vicinity but this is the hotel that we would recommend due to the exceptional service and clean new rooms.
