“My thermostate doesn't work properly on the "Economy"...”

We love the spa. Jets are powerful, spa seating is comfortable, spa looks good, it's all great EXCEPT that I'm not happy with the thermostat. For openers, the only choices you have are having it turn on twice a day for 2 hours or twice a day for 4 hours each time. I only want it to turn on once a day for 2 hours, but it doesn't give me that option. My other issue is that the thermostat does NOT work properly on the "economy" setting. On "economy", it's supposed to heat to the chosen temperature ONLY during the twice-a-day cleaning cycle - but my spa, set on "economy" turns on sporadically and heats up NOT to the 95 degrees I have set, but to 100 degrees. The "economy" setting is utter BS and does NOT work properly.
