“Waste of money”

Had the spa for nearly a year now, the zip is so hard to open that it is not worth the hassle of fighting with it to get it off. Pump won't heat up and the body of the hot tub is splitting at the seems. I seriously would not buy one of these. Total disapointment!!!!
