It feels like an expensive car, very refined.
Great car, fantastic on the road manners, when it finally gets moving its quite fiery through its mid range if you keep the revs high can outsprint some of the fastest in mid range.
Not too bad off road either but its no trail blazer just be careful think and it will get you there. I like the cars image I think Honda are actually looking like quality cars throughout there ...

8 years ago we bought our first japenese car, a 2n hand honda civic which we kept for 2 years. being delighted with its reliability and needing a tow-car we swapped it for a base model 2nd hand crv which we then owned and used both in the uk and on the continent for 6 yrs piling 60,000 miles on the clock. the car never went wrong apart from a minor problem with the immobilizer which was fitted ( non honda )we are so impressed with these cars that we have just part exchanged it for a 2005 ...

I have owned my CRV since November, and am very pleased with it so far. The gearbox, while not as smooth as my previous car, a Toyota Verso, is certainly in keeping with its overall package as a 4x4. On my first long trip, to the South of France for Christmas, both my wife and myself felt the refinement on the motorways was excellent. On a recent trip from the south coast to London, driving fairly gently I achieved 52mpg, which for a car of this size is great. Normal driving I obtain approx 41 ...

I have owned my CRV SE Sport auto since November 2002, I have covered 144k miles, mostly motorway miles. This car has never let me down once. My family and I have traveled from the north of Scotland to the south of England, full with luggage, the car has been a dream. 20k was a lot to pay but I have never regretted one penny.
