I use Soocial in our business, where we call contacts and put contact history in the Notes section on Outlook. So that all our computers are updated, we use Soocial to beam our contacts around. On our first test drive, it worked without a hitch, notes were transmitted across with no problems. It's only as we use it more that we find the odd error creeping in - sometimes we get duplicate contacts, or duplicate note sections.
