Absolutely great, but minor problems.

I use Soocial in our business, where we call contacts and put contact history in the Notes section on Outlook. So that all our computers are updated, we use Soocial to beam our contacts around. On our first test drive, it worked without a hitch, notes were transmitted across with no problems. It's only as we use it more that we find the odd error creeping in - sometimes we get duplicate contacts, or duplicate note sections. Soocial does come with a backup feature which is fairly easy to use, though it could be clearer. Geting individual contacts out of this backup is a tricky process and at times unclear.

However, in 98% of cases, Soocial does exactly what it should, and the support is absolutely great. Even with the errors, using Soocial has made my job a lot easier, and it better than any alternative. I don't hesitate in giving Soocial 5 stars, and strongly recommending it.
