Hey, that rhymes! Popfax is a really cheap fax service. I'm also a MyFax customer, and Popfax is a lot cheaper (I mean, about a fifth the cost!), and offers some really cool features that MyFax does not have.

But Popfax has its own set of problems...

The fax lines are of such horrible quality that 1 in 5 of my faxes fails and has to be re-sent. Other times, faxes are "in queue" sometimes for hours. And the web site goes down completely with alarming regularity.

All in all, if you need to send the occasional fax and don't mind the hassle, you'll save money with Popfax. But for me, it's a pain and it makes me less productive - even if it is a lot cheaper!

Popfax, I hope you're reading this and take seriously the need to give your customers a quality service instead of a service that looks like it is overwhelmed and unable to meet the demands of so many users.
